All the blades are hand forged much in the same way as the Roman blades or per customer specifications from 5160 tool steel, forged, ground, normalizswordsmithed, heat treated, then finish ground to a satin 220 finish.

All blades that are sharpened are tested to cut .

Customer can specify if the blades are to be sharpened left unsharpened.

Grips and cases can be made to the customers design or the smiths.
